Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when your forget or cancel your appointment, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive requested services. Appointments confirmations are sent out 72 hours prior to your service because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months in advance. Appointment reminders are sent out 24 hours prior to your service just as a friendly reminder if you do need to cancel last minute. This cancellation policy allows time for me to inform standby guest of any availability opening up to serve all clients better. Clients that no show or cancel same day appointments will be required to pay a $25 rebooking fee before being able to book their next appointment. In order to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation period please text (440)-231-7415. If you need to cancel outside of the 24 hour cancellation period you can cancel on GlossGenius or text.
